Privacy & your data

This policy explains how AstroDestiny's website and app use information. They share the same account and backend, so a profile, conversation or report created on one surface may appear on the other after sign-in. The service is for adults aged 18 or older; do not create an account for a child or submit a child's details or photo.

Information we handle

We handle the phone number and authentication records used for your account; birth-profile details; questions, Tarot inputs and automated chat; generated readings, reports and reading progress; preferences and app activity you choose to save; purchase, order and refund records; and limited network, browser and device information used for security, abuse prevention and service operation.

Palm and face photos

Only submit your own photo. A Palm photo is sent to the configured external line-detection service and the original is also stored in private object storage with the reading. A Face photo is sent to the configured external vision-AI service; AstroDestiny does not store the original Face photo after that request, but does store the extracted feature descriptions used for the reading. Photos are not placed in marketing analytics. Photo processing is optional: you can decline or stop before submitting, but the Palm or Face feature then cannot run. Withdrawing later affects future processing and does not promise that a provider can erase processing already completed under its own systems.

Why we use information

We use this information to authenticate your account, calculate charts, provide requested readings and conversations, save and reopen results, enforce feature and fraud limits, operate support and payments when enabled, maintain security, diagnose failures and meet transaction or legal-record obligations.

External services and transfers

Birth details and relevant questions may be sent to AstrologyAPI for chart calculations, and its hosted Kundli chat service may receive the birth-profile and question context needed to answer. When the configured Palm report-enrichment stage runs, AstrologyAPI's palmistry service receives the original Palm image together with date of birth and gender. Tarot, report context and Face photos may be processed by the configured AI gateway. Palm photos are also processed by the configured Palm detector. Cloudflare hosts the application, database and object storage. If checkout is enabled, the selected payment processor handles the payment interface and receives the order, contact and payment information needed to process it. These providers may process data outside your state or country under their own infrastructure and retention practices. The operator and retention practices of the configured AI gateway and Palm detector have not been independently verified, so AstroDestiny does not claim an unverified provider identity, retention period or contractual safeguard.

Optional analytics

Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and PostHog are loaded only after you choose optional analytics. The product sends allow-listed event names and limited campaign, screen and platform fields; names, phone numbers, birth details, photos, questions, report text and private identifiers are excluded. You can reopen “Privacy choices” to withdraw optional analytics consent for future activity.

Browser and account security

The website uses a session cookie for upload flow state and keeps the sign-in token in session storage rather than the page URL. Sign out on shared devices. We use access controls and private storage, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Retention and deletion

AstroDestiny has not published a fixed deletion period for Palm originals, profiles, conversations or generated reports. They may remain while the account or report is available and until deletion or operational/legal removal. The app's “Delete my account” control removes profiles, chats, preferences, devotional history, usage records, push tokens and sign-in tokens. Transaction-linked subscription, order and payment records—and paid web reports attached to them—are retained for legal, accounting and transaction continuity and may be available again after re-authentication. External providers may retain submitted data under their own terms.

Your choices and requests

You can correct or remove individual birth profiles and can use the app's account-deletion control. You may also ask for access, correction or deletion through the verified channel once it is published on the Contact & support page. That operator and grievance contact is not yet published; until then, do not send sensitive information to an address or account that merely claims to represent AstroDestiny.
