Terms of use

By using AstroDestiny you agree to these terms. The service is for adults aged 18 or older. If you do not agree, do not create an account, upload a photo or request a reading.

Interpretive and automated content

Astrology, Tarot, palmistry and face-reading content is traditional, interpretive and intended for reflection and entertainment. It is not scientifically validated prediction or medical, mental-health, legal, financial, employment or other professional advice. “Chat with astrologer” and other responses are software-generated, not a live human consultation or emergency service. Outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate or unavailable and do not guarantee any event or outcome. Appearance cannot establish character, health, trustworthiness or destiny.

Your account

Keep your sign-in code and account access private, use accurate details and notify support when a verified channel is available if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for activity through your account except where the law provides otherwise. Do not attempt to bypass usage, security or payment controls, interfere with the service or use it unlawfully.

Your details and uploads

Submit only information and photos that belong to you or that you are authorised to use. You give AstroDestiny and its disclosed processors a limited permission to transmit, analyse, store and reproduce that material only as needed to provide, secure and support the requested service. Do not upload another person's photo, illegal material or content that violates privacy, intellectual-property or other rights. Photo processing is also subject to the consent shown before upload and the Privacy policy.

Feature access and limits

Availability depends on account eligibility, configuration and provider health. The current Tarot product allowance is one completed draw per India calendar day for a free account and five for an account with an active paid subscription. A one-off report purchase or test-account status does not create that paid subscription allowance. Separate finite security, scan, chat, report-generation and abuse limits may also apply. Reopening a completed report does not create a new generation.

Prices and payments

Complete website reports are currently configured at ₹499 including applicable tax, but new public payments remain disabled during beta. A live Razorpay merchant account or configured backup does not by itself enable checkout. If payments are enabled later, the final price, product and any recurring nature will be shown before you confirm; a one-off report is not a subscription unless the checkout expressly says otherwise. A third-party payment processor will collect payment credentials in its interface and its terms and privacy practices also apply.

Reports, interruptions and changes

Completed results are normally saved to the signed-in account. Generation may use deterministic fallback content when an external provider is unavailable, and a report or feature may be delayed, retried, limited or temporarily unavailable. We may change or discontinue beta features and may suspend access needed to protect users, the service or legal rights. We will not describe a failed or unavailable generation as a completed paid result.

Ownership and permitted use

AstroDestiny's software, branding, layouts and supplied content remain protected by applicable rights. You may use a report delivered to your account for personal, non-commercial purposes. These terms do not take ownership of the original material you submit.

Refunds, liability and statutory rights

The Payments & refunds policy explains the operational process if payments are enabled. Nothing in these terms removes a remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, you remain responsible for decisions made from interpretive content, and service availability is not guaranteed.

Operator and contact

The verified legal operator, business address, support and grievance details have not yet been published. The Contact & support page is the authoritative place for those details when available. Do not rely on unofficial accounts or share an OTP, card PIN or complete payment credential with anyone claiming to provide support.
