Money deducted but no report
If a UPI payment fails, your bank returns the money by itself, usually in 5 to 7 working days. If the money left your account and no report opened, send us the UPI reference number and we will sort it out.
Which ways can I pay?
UPI, debit or credit card, and netbanking.
Is GST included in the price?
Yes. The price you see, like ₹399 for the Palm Report or ₹599 for the Kundli milan report, is the full price you pay.

Getting your report, language and wrong details.
When do I get my report?
We start making it as soon as your payment is confirmed. It opens in My reports when it is ready, and you can download the PDF there. If it is not ready within 24 hours, you get a full refund.
Can I get it in Hindi?
Yes. Pick Hindi before you pay.
I entered a wrong birth detail
Write to us with your order number and the right details. We remake the report once, at no charge.

How do I take a good palm photo?
Sit near a window in daylight. Open your palm flat, fingers a little apart, and hold the phone straight above it. No flash.
It says it could not find my lines
This is almost always light or angle. Move to daylight and make sure no shadow falls across your palm.
Kundli accuracy
Birth time and matching your pandit's chart.
How accurate is my kundli?
The maths is exact if your birth details are right. We use Lahiri ayanamsa and Vimshottari dasha. Birth time matters most.
I don't know my exact birth time
Your moon sign and nakshatra usually still hold. Your lagna and houses can shift, so we mark those parts as not sure.
My kundli does not match our pandit's
Usually it is a different birth time, method or chart style. Compare the lagna and moon sign first.

Is a real astrologer answering?
No. Answers are written by AI from your own chart, and each one says what it is read from.
How many questions do I get?
You can ask up to 10 questions a day.
What won't chat answer?
Medical, legal or investment questions, and anything about death or illness.
Refunds
When money comes back.
When do I get a refund?
Full refund if your report is not ready within 24 hours, or if a fault on our side spoils it. Read the refund policy.
How long does a refund take?
It goes back to the same UPI, card or bank account. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show it.

Signing in and family profiles.
How do I sign in?
Continue with Google, or use your phone number and the code we send by SMS. There is no password.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. Pay with your phone number, then sign in with that same number to keep your report.
Can I buy for someone else?
Yes. Enter their name and birth details at the start. The report is saved under a family profile in your account.
Privacy
Your photos, your details, and deleting your data.
Do you keep my palm photo?
For up to 7 days, so we can make your report. Then it is deleted. Your report keeps the traced palm map.
Do you share my birth details?
Only with the companies that work out your chart and write your report. We never sell them. See the privacy policy.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account, then Privacy, then Delete my account, and confirm. PDFs you already downloaded stay on your phone.
